Project #1: Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead
I took photos of the cast of Northeastern Shakespeare Society’s production of Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead in full costume. I then took those photos and designed social media content based on the mood of the show using Photoshop.
Project #2: Reground Theatre Festival Promotional Photos
Reground Theatre Collective hosted a 10-minute play festival featuring six plays with participants from nine universities in the Boston Area. These photos were used to create a 2019 Play Season graphic.
Project #3: Picnic at Hanging Rock
For this project, I was given the script to work off of, along with a color scheme of black, white, and pink. As the show was set in the early 1900’s, I used an intricate handwritten font and some lines from the show to add a personalized touch to each character’s photo. I used nature and time imagery, as those were two common themes in the show.
Project #4: Measure for Measure
For this project, a poster for the production had already been created using a red, white, and blue color palette and an abstract scale design. I used these elements to create some graphically designed photographs of each character in costume to use for promotional materials.
Project #5: Swiped: An Ode to Tinder
The color scheme for this show was pink and orange, and it was based on dating apps, specifically Tinder. I took this as inspiration for creating marketing materials for promoting the show.
